What is Online Options Trading?

By definition option trading is the trading of rights. The right means, the option holder is permitted to buy or sell a particular stock at a particular price by a specific time/time period. Online options trading is the buying or selling of options through internet.

Buying a call option means, you are buying stocks of the company because you believe that the stock price may rise in future. Buying a put option means, you are selling stocks of companies, whose price may fall in future. Options trading does not involve high amount of risk compared to other online trading forms. The only money an online option trader can loose is that you pay for buying an option.

Options trading are invented for those who can predict the future. Today there are many online brokerage firms, providing assistance in trading and online options trading software.
